The tool is built for teams with no dedicated fleet manager. One branch, some care workers, some vehicles: the rest updates itself and comes up at the right moment.
Assignment and scheduling
The day, week or month schedule shows who has which vehicle, named or in the pool. An arrival or a departure is reflected immediately in the assignments.
Licences tracked with their expiry
The Documents module carries driving licences and their expiry date, employee by employee, in the same place as registration certificates and insurance certificates.
Care worker records and RFID badge
Every care worker has their record, their role, their site and, if you use it, their badge to open the shared vehicle.
Kilometres actually covered
Trips and odometer history, read by telematics or entered by hand, give the real mileage of every vehicle.
Expenses and mobility costs
Costs per vehicle, with or without an invoice, attach themselves to the right vehicle, the right site and the right supplier.
Due date reminders
Roadworthiness test, insurance, scheduled servicing: due dates come up with a named owner, with no spreadsheet to depend on.
