Role, home site, account status, RFID badge, licence: the employee record is the reference for assigning or booking a vehicle.
RFID badge for car sharing
The employee's RFID badge identifies the driver on shared vehicles, with no keys handed over.
Employees and car policy eligibility
Role, department, applicable policy, renewal date: an employee's eligibility for a vehicle is read in the Car Policy module.
Named, pool and unassigned breakdown
The dashboard shows the breakdown of vehicles by assignment mode, site by site.
Geofencing per site
Geographic zones and time slots set per site and per vehicle group, the basis for business and private use rules.
How it works
- 1Create your sites and import your employees. Address, headcount, role, home site; the vehicles of the fleet are attached to their site.
- 2Assign or open for booking. From the schedule, a vehicle is assigned to an employee or booked through car sharing with their RFID badge.
- 3Manage site by site. The dashboard filters by site and by period, with an export for each branch manager.

Your questions before getting started
- “Do I need a device?” No for sites, employees and assignments. Time-based geofencing per site requires a GPS-OBD device or a connected vehicle.
- “What if my drivers refuse geolocation?” Geofencing separates business and private time slots per site; the usage rules are configured with you and documented on the trust and security page.
- “How long does it take to start?” Sites take a few minutes to create; employees and vehicles are imported with their home site.
