Dadycar wins the Flotauto 2025 innovation award
Paris — La Villette · 6 February 2025
At the Rencontres Flotauto, Dadycar received the innovation award. The distinction comes from the fleet management industry itself, not from a general-purpose technology jury — which is what makes it, for us, the most useful recognition.

What an industry award says, and what it does not
Professionals who run fleets every day — fleet managers, operations directors, lessors, equipment makers — looked at one platform among many and picked this one. They know the trade, and a well-rehearsed demo does not impress them.
An award is no substitute for a trial on your own fleet. It does not say whether Dadycar connects to your fuel card issuer, nor how much you will save. Those answers come from your figures, not from a trophy — and we would rather write that than let a logo do the work for us.
That is why the rest of this page explains what was presented, and not only what was rewarded.
What we presented at the Rencontres Flotauto
- A modular platform
Three building blocks that switch on separately: fleet management, on-board telematics, corporate car sharing. A fleet that only needs contract, servicing and cost tracking does not pay for devices it will never fit.
See the plans in detail - Infrastructure hosted in the European Union
Your vehicle and driver data stays on infrastructure hosted in the European Union, under European law. On a subject framed by the French data protection authority, that is a condition of internal acceptance, not a brochure argument.
Trust and security - An ecosystem that plugs into what exists
Fuel cards, charging badges, accounting, vehicle data, driver designation with the French fines authority: the platform picks up what already exists at your suppliers instead of demanding monthly re-entry.
Connectors and integrations
The Rencontres Flotauto, in three figures

- 250 exhibitors
- Manufacturers, lessors, energy suppliers, software vendors and equipment makers of corporate mobility
- 5,500 visitors
- Overwhelmingly fleet managers and purchasing decision-makers
- 25 conferences
- Energy transition, taxation, road safety, fleet digitalisation
The Rencontres Flotauto are built around the concerns of corporate fleets: electrification, control of total cost of ownership, compliance. That is the audience a fleet software should be judged by.
Where to see us next
We will be at the Rencontres Flotauto Lyon, on Thursday 8 October 2026, at La Sucrière, on stand D36. There, we calculate your exposure to the French annual incentive tax on your real fleet — three questions, ninety seconds, and you leave with the figure and the method behind it.
Dadycar wins the Innovation Award at the Rencontres Flotauto Paris 2025
Paris, 6 February 2025. Dadycar, the French fleet management software, today received the Innovation Award at the Rencontres Flotauto Paris, held at the Parc de la Villette. The jury singled out the artificial intelligence agent built into the platform, which assists fleet managers with data analysis, predictive maintenance and decision-making.
Recognition from the fleet industry
Every year the Rencontres Flotauto Paris bring together fleet managers, leasing companies, manufacturers and software publishers from the sector. The Innovation Award rewards solutions that bring a new answer to the challenges of company fleets: cost control, regulatory compliance, driver safety and energy transition. The 2025 edition took place on 6 February at the Parc de la Villette (practical information, Rencontres Flotauto).
For Dadycar, this distinction validates a technological choice: putting artificial intelligence at the heart of fleet management software, not as a peripheral module.
An AI agent working for fleet managers
Dadycar’s AI agent, now called Donna, draws on the platform’s data (vehicles, contracts, servicing, costs, telematics trips) to:
- analyse costs and detect drift in consumption, servicing or accident rates;
- anticipate breakdowns through predictive maintenance, from vehicle data and the servicing history;
- recommend actions: vehicles to pool, contracts to renegotiate, vehicles that can be electrified based on their real trips;
- support compliance: roadworthiness test deadlines, naming of drivers behind fines, mandatory documents.
At Dadycar customers, automation and AI assistance translate into up to -40 % of time spent on maintenance, up to -70 % on reporting and up to +25 % team productivity.
An answer to the priorities of company fleets in 2025
Fleet managers face three pressures at once. The first is financial: fuel, leases, servicing and accidents form a budget that management asks to reduce without reducing activity. The second is regulatory: naming drivers behind fines within 45 days, annual vehicle taxes, roadworthiness tests, rules on employee geolocation. The third is energy: low-emission zones, fleet greening obligations and the choice between combustion and electric vehicles.
Dadycar’s AI agent was designed to handle these three topics from the same data. It turns the fleet’s history into concrete recommendations: which vehicle to electrify first given its real trips, which contract to renegotiate, which vehicle to pool, which deadline to handle first. The manager keeps the decision; the software takes on the analysis and the monitoring.
The award-winning solution is available to every company, with a free trial and per-vehicle, per-month pricing.
A modular, sovereign platform within reach of SMEs
Dadycar rests on three modules that companies switch on as needed:
| Module | Content |
|---|---|
| Fleet management | Vehicles, drivers, contracts, registration documents, servicing, costs, deadline alerts, documents |
| Telematics | GPS/OBD device, real-time geolocation, trips, driving behaviour, vehicle data |
| Corporate car sharing | Booking, digital keys, pool vehicles |
The platform is completed by the Dadycar Go mobile app for drivers, by integrations with the ANTAI, fuel cards, connected vehicles and maintenance partners, and by free online calculators (TCO, ROI, benefit in kind). Data is hosted in France and processed in line with the GDPR.
Per-vehicle, per-month pricing lets SMEs and mid-sized companies alike equip their fleet from a handful of vehicles.
