Fleet management for SME and mid-market leaders
You have no wish to run the fleet. You want to know what it costs, to be sure it is compliant, and to stop thinking about it between two meetings. Dadycar consolidates the costs, watches the due dates and sends you only the alerts that deserve your attention.

Three facts that matter
- Up to -70 % of the time spent producing fleet reports.
- Up to -40 % of the time spent managing servicing.
- Three modular pillars: fleet management, telematics, car sharing. You only switch on what is useful.
You find out about problems too late
- The real cost appears nowhere. Rentals, energy, servicing, insurance, taxes and fines live in six different files.
- A problem reaches you once it is already expensive. A contract mileage overrun is discovered at the return, a fine once it has been increased.
- Compliance rests on one person. If they are away, nobody knows which roadworthiness test is falling due.
What you look at once a month
Your fleet manager works in the tool every day. You open a management view: a few figures with their target, and whatever falls outside it.
TCO dashboard with a target
The total cost of ownership per vehicle and per category, compared with the target you set, with the trend over the period and the breakdown by cost item (dashboard).
Fleet availability
The availability rate and the number of vehicles off the road, against their target. A van standing still is a technician who is not producing.
Regulatory compliance
A compliance indicator for the fleet: roadworthiness tests, insurance, licenses and expiring documents. You know whether you are compliant without asking anyone.
Critical alerts only
Alerts are routed: the driver receives what concerns them, the manager the day-to-day, you what commits the company. Every threshold is adjustable.
Cost allocation between entities
The Cost allocation tab splits costs between subsidiaries, sites or departments. Each entity finally sees what its fleet costs (cost allocation and ESG).
Reports ready to present
Fleet figures export for a management committee, a board or a banker, with no late night of preparation (reports).
How it works
- 1Import the fleet. Vehicles, contracts, drivers, sites and due dates come in from your existing files, with no IT project.
- 2Set your targets and your recipients. You decide the target TCO, the availability rate you aim for and what reaches you.
- 3Delegate the day-to-day. Your fleet manager works in the tool (fleet manager page); you read the management view.
Who you share the subject with
- Fleet manager: they hold the fleet day to day and give you the figures (see the page).
- Chief financial officer: they consolidate the cost and the allocation between entities (see the page).
- Commercial fleets: company cars, claims and under-used vehicles (see the page).
Thirty minutes on your own figures
Bring your vehicle list and your annual budget. We show the cost per vehicle and whatever falls outside the target.
Three questions a leader asks
- “I have no time to deal with it.” That is the point: the setup is done once with your fleet manager, and afterwards you only see the gaps against the target.
- “Does a device have to be fitted?” No. The fleet management pillar works with no hardware. Telematics is an optional module, with a device or through a factory-connected vehicle.
- “What does it cost?” Billing is per vehicle per month: free up to 50 vehicles, €6 excl. VAT beyond, €16 excl. VAT with telematics (see pricing).
