Sell fleet management under your own brand
Your clients have vehicles and no tool to track them. You have the relationship, the advice and the invoicing. What you lack is the platform — we provide it, in your colours, and we stay behind you.

- 30 % discounton the public price, for the whole life of the contract

What it earns you
You buy 30 % below the public price and resell at the price you set. The difference is your margin — and it comes back every month, for as long as the client stays.
Simulate your margin
On a client you have in mind.
Your discount on the public price30 %
Your margin
€144
per month — €1,728 over twelve months
Calculated at the public price shown on the pricing page, with the 30 % discount of the reseller contract. You are free to resell at another price: your margin varies accordingly, the discount does not. Telematics hardware is invoiced separately and is not part of the calculation.
Who does what
You take on a brand to carry, not a piece of software to maintain.
| What is yours | What stays with us |
|---|---|
| The logo and design of the platform | Hosting, in the European Union |
| The contract and the invoice of the end client | The security and compliance of the platform |
| The selling price, which you set freely | Updates and the product roadmap |
| First-line support — usage and configuration | Second-line support — technical and product |
| The client relationship, entirely | Connectors and platform developments |
You carry the collection risk and the relationship when a client is unhappy. That is the price of a recurring margin and a relationship that belongs to you. If you would rather not carry that, the [introducer programme](/en/partners) is made for it: you introduce a contact, you step back, you receive a commission.
Introducing a contact, or reselling: the two ways of working together
| You introduce a contact | You resell | |
|---|---|---|
| What you do | You introduce a contact and step back | You sell, you deploy, you follow up |
| Who invoices | Dadycar | You |
| Who runs the demo | Dadycar | You, after training |
| First-line support | Dadycar | You |
| Your brand | Absent | Across the whole platform |
| Compensation | 10 % of the amount invoiced over the first twelve months | Recurring margin, for as long as the client stays |
| Effort required | Two minutes | A real commercial investment |
The details of the introducer programme are on the [partners](/en/partners) page.
Who it is for
- IT integrators and service providers
You already equip the support functions of small businesses: accounting, payroll, sales management. The fleet is the blind spot of your catalogue — and often the least steered cost line of your clients.
- Vertical software vendors
Construction, transport, healthcare, services: your clients manage vehicles that your solution never sees. Carrying the fleet under your brand widens your scope without opening a development project.
- Telematics installers and distributors
You already fit devices in fleets. Selling the hardware without the platform means leaving the recurring revenue to someone else.
- Mobility consultancies
You audit fleets and recommend methods. Being able to deliver the tool that applies them turns a one-off assignment into recurring revenue.
How we start
- 1We talk for an hour
Your client base, the kind of fleets you come across, what you want to carry under your brand.
- 2We scope the terms
White-label scope, support split, term. The discount itself is the same for everyone: 30 %. Everything is written down before you commit to anything.
- 3We set up your environment
In your colours, with a demonstration dataset so that you can show the platform.
- 4We train your team, then you sell
On the tool, but above all on the pitch: what a fleet manager is looking for, what makes them switch, the objections that keep coming back.
What you are wondering
Will Dadycar approach my clients directly?
No. An account carried by a reseller is a reseller account, and we forbid ourselves from doing so contractually. The attribution rules are written into the reseller contract, before the first deal.
Is there a volume commitment?
No. The model rests on the discount, not on a quota.
Do you need technical skills to resell the platform?
Not for routine deployment: set-up is supported and the training covers the tool as well as the sales pitch. Second-line support, technical and product, stays with Dadycar.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You buy at a discounted price and resell at the price you decide — at the public price, below it to win a deal, or above it if you add your own services.
What happens if I stop?
Your clients are not held hostage: the reversibility provided for in the contract covers the export of their data and the handover terms, on the same terms as for a direct client.
Where is my clients’ data hosted?
In the European Union, on the same platform as our direct clients, with the same security and compliance commitments. The detail is on the privacy policy page.
Your client base, your clients, what you want to carry. We tell you frankly whether the model suits you.
