Fleet management software integration: your connectors
Integrating fleet management software means bringing in automatically the data that already exists elsewhere. Dadycar offers a connector catalogue: fuel cards, electric charging, telematics data from a GPS-OBD device or a connected vehicle, vehicle catalogue and the ANTAI link. You activate what you need, when you need it.

What the Connectors module covers
- A connector catalogue sorted by category, with a “My connectors” tab showing what is already active on your account.
- Five connectors available: four for fuel cards, one for electric charging, activated immediately or on request.
- Two routes for vehicle data: a GPS-OBD device, or a connected OEM vehicle with no hardware to fit.
Why your data stays scattered
- Fuel card statements arrive as PDFs or spreadsheets, one file per issuer, never in the same format or on the same date.
- Mileages are entered by hand, often late, and immediately distort the cost per kilometre.
- Electric charging is tracked separately, outside the fleet's fuel budget.
What you get with Dadycar
Connectors feed the modules you already use: vehicles, fuel and energy, expenses, offences. You are not adding one more tool, you are plugging in what you already have.
Every connector carries its category and its activation mode. So you know, before committing, what plugs in straight away and what goes through a request.
A catalogue filterable by category
You browse the available connectors, filter by category and follow your own in the “My connectors” tab.
Fuel cards attached to the fleet
Four connectors are in the catalogue: TotalEnergies Cards, DKV Mobility, Edenred Fleet (Ticket Fleet Pro) and Piana. They are activated on request.
Automatic import of transactions
The TotalEnergies Cards connector imports transactions automatically; DKV Mobility covers fuel and multi-energy service cards across Europe.
Electric charging in the same tracking
The Chargemap Pass connector, which can be activated immediately, reports charging sessions on a multi-operator network.
Vehicle data straight from the source
The telematics connection is made through a GPS-OBD device or a connected OEM vehicle, with no hardware to install.
Vehicle catalogue and ANTAI link
The vehicle catalogue is synchronised through JATO for specifications and engines; the Offences module relies on the ANTAI link.
How it works
- 1Connect your vehicles. A GPS-OBD device or a vehicle connected by its manufacturer: trips and odometers report themselves (connected vehicle).
- 2Activate your fuel and charging connectors. You choose from the catalogue; transactions join fuel tracking and expenses (fuel cards).
- 3Link the regulatory uses. Fine notices join the Offences module (ANTAI integration).

Your questions before getting started
- “Do I need a device?” No. A connected OEM vehicle reports its data with no hardware; the GPS-OBD device remains an option on older vehicles.
- “What if my issuer is not in the catalogue?” Fuel expenses can still be entered and imported in the Expenses module, with no connector.
- “How long does it take to start?” The Chargemap Pass connector is activated immediately; fuel card connectors are activated on request.
