Company cars and benefits in kind: the HR side
The vehicle fleet is not your job, but it lands on your desk. You decide who is entitled to a vehicle, you check the licenses, you answer payroll and you name the drivers who have been booked. Dadycar brings that information together in one place, up to date and exportable.

Three facts before opening the subject
- Up to -70 % of the time spent producing the reports you pass to payroll and to management.
- Three modular pillars: fleet management, telematics, car sharing. You only open what HR needs.
- Public pricing: €6 excl. VAT per vehicle per month for fleet management, €16 with telematics, easy to cost in a department budget.
What takes your time today
- Allocation requests arrive with no written framework. You answer case by case, and every refusal is up for discussion.
- Arrivals and departures are caught up with afterwards. A vehicle stays assigned to someone who has left, a license was never checked.
- Payroll and fines ask for data you do not have. You rebuild it by hand, in a hurry, against a deadline.
What Dadycar changes for HR
Your three sensitive files become screens: who is entitled to what, who drives what, and what payroll must receive.
Written allocation rules
Car policies set the framework by population: permitted engines, maximum TCO, WLTP CO2. The list of eligible employees and their renewal date is held there.
A complete employee record
Every employee carries their record: role, home site, RFID badge, account status. An arrival or a departure is handled in one go.
Licenses and insurance that expire
Documents carry an expiry date. Driving licenses, insurance certificates and contracts come up as a reminder before the deadline, with a named owner.
Benefit-in-kind report
The benefit-in-kind report picks up the vehicles, their assignments and their fleet data. You pass a file to the payroll manager instead of a rebuilt spreadsheet.
Fines and driver designation
The Offenses module collects ANTAI notices and post-parking charges. The vehicle's assignment at the date of the offense is readable, and the designation rests on it.
Named or pool, the difference is visible
The dashboard splits the fleet between named vehicles, pool vehicles and unassigned vehicles. A shared vehicle stops being a vehicle allocated in practice.
How it works
- 1Import the fleet and the employees. Every employee receives their site, their role and their badge (employees and sites).
- 2Upload the documents and set the due dates. Licenses, insurance and contracts trigger reminders (reminders and due dates).
- 3Frame the allocations. The car policy defines who is eligible and on what conditions (car policy and vehicle ordering).

Let us look at your real cases
Bring two situations: an allocation under way and a fine to designate. We run them through the tool during the demo.
What you will be told internally
- “That is a payroll matter, not an HR one.” Dadycar produces the report from fleet data; the payroll calculation stays with the payroll manager.
- “Drivers will refuse to be tracked.” The HR file holds up with no telematics: records, documents and assignments are enough.
- “We have no time to re-enter everything.” The fleet and the employees are imported, then every movement is updated as it happens.
