No. Assignment and scheduling work without telematics; a GPS-OBD device or a connected vehicle then adds the trips and the odometers.

“Our sales people have their own dedicated vehicle.”

“How long does it take to start?”

As soon as vehicles and employees are imported, the schedule fills up and unassigned vehicles appear.
