• Article 2 - Access to the Platform and Services

  The Services are accessible to individuals of legal age and legally capable of entering into contracts.

• Article 3 - Registration on the Platform

  To fully benefit from the Services, the User must create a personal account.

  Account creation and management : During registration, you will need to provide accurate and up-to-date information (name, surname, email, etc.). You agree to keep this information updated to ensure proper management of your account and the Services.

  2.

  Security and confidentiality of Credentials : Upon account creation, a username and password (hereinafter, the 'Credentials') will be assigned to you to access your personal space. The confidentiality of these Credentials is your sole responsibility, and any activity on the Platform under your username is deemed to be performed by you.

  3.

  Liability in case of breach : You agree to inform us immediately in case of loss or theft of your Credentials, or if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

• Article 4 - Description of Services

  The Dadycar Platform provides Users with a series of features designed to facilitate the maintenance of their vehicles:

  Search for Garages and Comparison of Services : The User can explore our network of qualified Garages and access detailed information about their services, prices, specialties, and availability. The search can be refined by location, vehicle brand, and type of service required.

  2.

  Online appointment booking : Users can schedule an appointment with the Garage of their choice, directly from the Platform, by selecting the time slot that suits them.

  3.

  Cost estimation : An indicative cost estimate is available before confirming the appointment. This cost may be adjusted based on the final service agreed upon with the Garage.

  4.

  Garage evaluation : After each service, Users can evaluate their experience and provide feedback, thereby contributing to the quality and transparency of the services provided on the Platform.

• Article 5 - Commitments and Responsibilities of Users

  Users agree to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms, as well as applicable laws and regulations.

  1.

  Personal and honest use : The Services are strictly intended for personal use. The information provided when booking an appointment must be complete and truthful, particularly information related to the vehicle.

  2.

  Respect for appointments : Users agree to honor appointments made via the Platform. In case of unavailability, the postponement or cancellation of the appointment must be done as soon as possible to allow the Garage to reschedule its services.

  3.

  Respect for other users and staff : Dadycar promotes a respectful relationship between Users and Garages. Offensive, defamatory, or illegal remarks are strictly prohibited in communications via the Platform.

• Article 6 - Prohibitions and Misuse

  To preserve the security and quality of the Services, it is strictly prohibited to:

  Use the Platform for any purpose other than that defined in these Terms.

  2.

  Provide false, fraudulent, or inaccurate information during registration or appointment booking.

  3.

  Engage in hacking, spamming, or any other behavior aimed at interfering with the functionality of the Platform.

• Article 7 - Appointment Booking and Cancellation

  Users can freely book and cancel appointments according to their needs. However, to ensure optimal organization, Users are asked to:

  Respect reserved time slots : And notify in case of inability to honor the appointment, at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  2.

  Limit repeated cancellations : In case of repeated cancellations, Dadycar reserves the right to restrict the User's access to the Platform for a determined period.

• Article 8 - Relations between Users and Garages

  The Platform acts as an intermediary for connecting Users and Garages, without intervening in the execution of services.

  1.

  Direct engagement between Users and Garages : Users contract directly with Garages via the Platform, and Dadycar declines any responsibility in case of disputes related to the quality or execution of the service.

  2.

  User reviews : Following a service, the User can publish a review of the Garage. Dadycar reserves the right to moderate reviews to ensure they comply with these Terms.

• Article 9 - Intellectual Property

  All content on the Platform, including texts, images, logos, and databases, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of Dadycar. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of the Platform's elements is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

• Article 10 - Personal Data Protection

  Data collection and use : Dadycar collects and processes Users' personal information in accordance with applicable regulations, including the GDPR. The collected data is used solely to allow Users to benefit from the Services and to improve the experience on the Platform.

  2.

  User rights : In accordance with applicable legislation, Users have the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data. Any request can be sent by email to contact@dadycarfr.

• Article 11 - Modifications of the Terms

  Dadycar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any modification will be published on the Platform, and Users will be invited to read and accept them upon their next login.

• Article 12 - Duration and Termination

  Registration on the Platform is for an indefinite period. Users can request the deactivation of their account at any time. In case of non-compliance with these Terms, Dadycar reserves the right to unilaterally terminate access to the Services.

• Article 13 - Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

  These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, Users may refer to a consumer mediator to attempt to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Nanterre.
