No. Telematics runs through the direct connection to the connected vehicle, and nine fleets out of ten fit nothing at all. A device is only needed for a vehicle too old to be natively connected, or for a particular need such as driver identification by RFID badge or car sharing. It is then bought from €60 excl. VAT each, once, and it is yours.
