Partner garage network: your fleet's servicing in one place
Dadycar brings your garages, body shops, roadworthiness test centres and leasing companies together in a single directory, linked to your vehicles. You book a service, follow the quotes and the orders, and apply maintenance plans by category, with reminders before every due date.

Servicing steered from the fleet
- Up to -40 % of the time spent managing servicing.
- Four families of suppliers: garages, body shops, roadworthiness testing, leasing companies.
- Separate plans for combustion vehicles and for electric vehicles.
What blocks the servicing of a fleet
- Garage contact details are scattered between notebooks, inboxes and the managers of each site, and are lost the first time someone changes job.
- Every job is arranged by phone, with no trace of the request or the quote in the management tool.
- The history is lost: nobody knows when the vehicle last saw a garage, or what for.
What you get with Dadycar
Servicing builds on the data already in the software: vehicles, engines, mileages and sites. You plan instead of enduring downtime.
A supplier directory
Garages, body shops, roadworthiness test centres and leasing companies are listed and attached to the vehicles concerned.
Internal and partner services
Work carried out by your own workshop and work entrusted to a partner follow the same route.
Service booking
Dadycar Services lets you book a service, place an order and follow the quote that goes with it.
Maintenance plans by category
Fluids, brakes, battery, engine, tyres: every category has its plan, different for a diesel or a petrol car and for an electric vehicle.
Preventive servicing by mileage
The plan triggers on the real mileage of the vehicle, for example a preventive service at 20,000 km.
Scheduled maintenance reminders
Servicing and roadworthiness test due dates reach the named owner before the date, with the vehicle and the site concerned, not after the vehicle is off the road.
How it works
- 1List your suppliers. Garages, body shops, roadworthiness testing and leasing companies enter the directory, attached to the sites and the vehicles (Dadycar Garage).
- 2Apply a maintenance plan. By category and by engine type, triggered by mileage or by date (predictive and automated maintenance).
- 3Book and follow up. Service request, quote, order and history stay attached to the vehicle (supplier management).
Who it is for
- Service and maintenance, where a vehicle off the road stops a customer job (see the industry page).
- Construction, with vehicles and machines scattered over several sites (see the industry page).
- Maintenance and operations managers who arbitrate between their own workshop and a partner (see the role page).

Your questions before getting started
- “Can I keep my usual garages?” Yes. The directory takes in your existing suppliers, internal as well as external.
- “Do I need a device?” No. Maintenance plans work with odometer readings entered by hand; telematics automates those readings.
- “How long does it take to start?” As soon as the fleet and the suppliers are imported, maintenance plans and reminders can be switched on.
