The fleet management software that fits the way you work

Most vendors ask you to bend your processes around their tool. We do the opposite: we start from the way you work, and we build what you are missing — including the connectors and the screens that do not exist yet.

It is what our customers say about us, and it is the one reason to choose us that cannot be copied.

  • Specific needs built for you
  • Connectors created on request

The decision is not made in the demo

Every fleet platform can register a vehicle, set a service reminder and export a report. If that is what you choose on, you are choosing on a well-rehearsed demo.

The real risk comes afterwards: the day your inter-company recharging does not fit the standard model, your fuel card issuer is not in the catalog, or your assignment rule is specific to your trade. At that point an established vendor tells you it is planned for a future release. You wait, or you work around it in a spreadsheet — and you are back where you started.

That is exactly the point Dadycar handles differently.

An in-house tool, without the cost of one

You have two options when an off-the-shelf platform does not fit your organization: commission an internal tool — expensive, slow, and yours to maintain for ten years — or bend your organization around the tool. Dadycar offers a third way: a complete platform from day one, which we then adjust to the way you actually work.

  1. We start from your organization, not from a standard template

Implementation is not handing you a login and a manual. We look at how you work today — your sites, your subsidiaries, your assignment rules, your approval chains — and we configure the platform around that.

During this phase we hold frequent progress reviews, so that a gap is not discovered a month later.

  2. A need, an idea: live within days

This is the difference our customers notice first. A need raised during a progress review does not go into an ideas box: it is built and put live straight away.

This pace is not a contractual commitment — it depends on what is asked. But it is how we normally work, and it is what a product team you speak to directly makes possible.

  3. What is not in the catalog gets built

Our connector list is public, with what is available and what is not. But that list is not a limit. If your card issuer, your leasing company, your payroll tool or your ERP is missing and the need is real, we build it for you.

The same goes for screens and rules: a dashboard specific to your trade, a recharging rule particular to your group, an export in the format your finance team expects.

You do not have to choose between the solution that ticks 80 % of the boxes and a bespoke build running into six figures. You start on a proven platform, and the remaining 20 % is built with you.

What the companies that chose us say

« The support from the Dadycar team is a real plus: responsiveness, attention, and regular product changes based on our feedback. »

Paul G. — lift maintenance, 350 vehicles

« What Dadycar changed for us in practice is telematics tracking, geolocation, multi-site coordination, and the level of support our teams get. »

Géraldine L. — facilities manager

These testimonials come from different companies, in different sectors, and they say the same thing. That is not chance: it is how we work.

What makes that adaptation possible

A vendor cannot adjust its product for every customer unless its architecture, its business model and its size allow it. Five things make the promise tenable.

A modular platform, not one block

Three independent building blocks — fleet management, embedded telematics, car sharing. You switch on one, two or three, and the invoice follows that scope. It is also what makes adjustment possible: a function is added without rebuilding the whole.

Your suppliers stay yours

Fuel cards, electric charging, accounting, manufacturer data, ANTAI driver designation. Your garages and inspection centers enter the directory with their own quotes: they are yours, not ours. Changing software should not force you to renegotiate your contracts.

Integrations →

Compliance is in the product

A private mode, automatic or switched on by the driver, stops tracking outside working hours. Bounded retention periods, role-based access, an assignment register. You walk into the meeting with answers, not with a vendor’s promise.

Trust and security →

Open by default, including to your AI

Integration scoped project by project, and a read-only MCP server: your company’s AI assistant queries your fleet without ever changing anything in it. Read-only is a rule, not a technical limitation.

Recognition from the industry

Innovation award at the Rencontres Flotauto 2025, given by fleet professionals. An award is no substitute for a trial on your own fleet, but it says that people who know the trade looked, and chose.

Three ways to run a fleet

Before comparing platforms, look at where you are starting from.

Time to get runningImmediate, and never finishedMonths before the first versionThe time it takes to import your fleet

What we do not promise

We would rather say it now than in a demo.

Not everything is built in three days

A screen, a business rule or an export, often. An integration with a third-party system also depends on that third party — its documentation, its lead times, what it agrees to open up. We tell you what is feasible and by when before committing.

Our method asks for your time

Frequent progress reviews mean someone on your side taking part in them. If you are looking for software you install and forget, the way we work will not give you anything.

No self-service developer portal

Integrations are scoped project by project. That is a compliance choice, but it is an obstacle if your technical team wants to plug itself in alone on a Sunday evening.

We do not monitor cold chain

A vendor who answers yes to this without showing you the screen will answer yes to everything else too.

The ten questions to ask every vendor you talk to

Ask Dadycar too. A good answer is given on screen, not in a brochure.

  1. Show me a vehicle record.Contract, servicing, documents, costs, claims: is it all on one screen, or do you have to navigate?
  2. What happens if your tool does not match my organization?Do you adapt the product, or do I adapt my processes?
  3. How long between a change request and it going live?Ask for a recent example, at a named customer.
  4. Which connectors are live, which are in progress, and do you build the missing ones? All three questions, not just the first.
  5. What happens outside working hours?Does tracking stop, how, and who can switch it back on?
  6. How long is my geolocation data kept?A figure, or a vague answer.
  7. Who pays for user licenses?Do my accountant, my contractor and my site managers get access at no extra cost?
  8. Can I get my data out?In what format, how often, and at what price.
  9. What happens if I want to leave?Commitment period, notice, recovery of the reference data.
  10. Who answers when I call?A level-one help desk, or someone who knows my fleet.

Frequently asked questions

Why choose Dadycar over another fleet management platform?

Because we adapt the product to the way you work instead of asking you to adapt to ours. Implementation starts from your real organization — sites, subsidiaries, assignment rules, approval chains — with frequent progress reviews, and the specific needs that come up afterwards are built and put live quickly. Add to that modular pricing, an open connector ecosystem and CNIL compliance built into the product.

Can Dadycar build a feature specific to my company?

Yes, that is how we work. A dashboard specific to your trade, a recharging rule between subsidiaries, an export in the format your finance team expects, a connector missing from the catalog: if the need is real, we build it. We tell you before committing what is feasible and by when — a screen or a business rule is quick, an integration with a third-party system also depends on that third party.

What if my fuel card issuer is not in your catalog?

Two answers. In the short term your costs import anyway: the connector automates the feed, it is not a condition of entry. Then, if the need is shared by several fleets or structural for yours, we build the connector. Our integrations are prioritized by customer demand, not by a roadmap decided elsewhere.

How does implementation work?

It starts by importing your fleet from an existing file, whatever its format, then configuring around your organization. During this phase we hold frequent progress reviews so that things are validated as we go rather than a gap being found at the end. Connectors are then switched on without any work on your side.

What happens to my drivers’ data?

It stays yours: Dadycar acts as a processor under the GDPR and neither sells it nor uses it for other purposes. Geolocation serves defined purposes and cannot be used to monitor an employee’s work continuously; a private mode, automatic or switched on by the driver, stops tracking outside working hours. Retention periods are bounded and access depends on each user’s role.
