Fleet maintenance software
You are judged on the availability of the fleet, not on the number of repairs. Fleet maintenance software must tell you what is falling due, what is off the road today, and what each vehicle costs you in servicing. Dadycar brings those three answers together in one place.

Three facts before opening the subject
- Up to -40 % of the time spent on servicing, on tracking and chasing tasks.
- Maintenance plans by category: fluids, brakes, battery, engine, tyres, with a separate diesel-petrol plan and an electric vehicle plan.
- With or without a device: a GPS-OBD device or a connected OEM vehicle, as the vehicles allow.
Your typical day
- Emergencies eat the preventive work. A breakdown in the morning, and the scheduled service of three vehicles slips by a week.
- Finding a garage slot takes the morning. Calls, quotes, chasing: nothing is recorded, everything has to be done again next time.
- Justifying downtime is a painful exercise. Operations want the vehicle, and you do not have the history at hand to explain why it is still in the workshop.
What Dadycar changes in your week
The fleet arrives with its due dates, its servicing plans and its past work. You move from permanent chasing to a workload plan you can show.
Maintenance plans by category
Fluids, brakes, battery, engine, tyres. Every category carries its due dates, including preventive servicing triggered by mileage, with a plan specific to electric vehicles.
Scheduled maintenance reminders
Upcoming servicing and vehicle due dates come up with a named owner, instead of depending on your memory (reminders and due dates).
Telematics alerts with adjustable thresholds
Next service in kilometres or by date, engine warning light, DTC fault codes, tyre pressure and temperature wheel by wheel. Every signal has its severity, its threshold and its recipient.
Job booking and quotes
Internal services, partner services and Dadycar Services: you book a job, request a quote and place an order from the vehicle record.
Inspections and condition reports
Inspection forms trigger automatically on the vehicles concerned. Findings come up before they turn into repairs (inspections and condition reports).
Availability and costs in front of you
The maintenance tab of the dashboard tracks fleet availability, vehicles off the road and servicing cost, with numerical targets and a filter by site.
How it works
- 1Import the fleet and your garages. Every vehicle receives its site, its contract and its reference garage, with the directory of suppliers and body shops.
- 2Apply the servicing plans. You set the mileage and calendar due dates by category, then the reminders go out to the right owners.
- 3Set the alert thresholds. You choose when a signal is allowed to interrupt you and through which channel (telematics alerts).
Related roles and industries
- Heavy vehicle fleet manager: heavier regulatory checks, costlier downtime (see the page).
- Purchasing manager: renewal, TCO and the trade-off between repairing and replacing (see the page).
- Construction: vehicles that take a beating, scattered sites (see the page).
Let us look at your ten costliest vehicles
Bring your servicing list for the last six months: we show how it arranges itself into a maintenance plan and reminders.
What you will have to defend internally
- “We already have a servicing spreadsheet.” It does not alert you, does not keep the quotes and says nothing about fleet availability.
- “Does every vehicle have to be equipped?” No. Servicing plans and reminders work with no device; sensor alerts require a connected vehicle.
- “Who is going to enter all that?” Odometer readings come in through telematics or are entered by hand, and inspections go through the mobile app.
