Dadycar, the French fleet management software, can be tried for free and without commitment on your own fleet: import your vehicles, switch on deadline alerts, upload your documents and discover the dashboard. Data hosted in France.
What can you do during the trial?
The trial opens the Fleet management pillar, the one that replaces the spreadsheet. In practice:
- Import your vehicles from an existing file: registrations, models, drivers, contracts, mileage. Our guide to fleet management with Excel explains how to prepare the file.
- Switch on deadline alerts: roadworthiness test, service, end of contract, insurance, registration document. See the anomalies and alerts feature.
- Upload your documents per vehicle and per driver, with their validity dates: document management.
- Explore the dashboard: fleet status, upcoming deadlines, expenses, anomalies reported by drivers.
- Ask Dadycar AI about your fleet, in plain language.
- Install the driver app Dadycar Go to test vehicle inspections and anomaly reporting.
What the trial does not include: telematics (real-time geolocation, trips, driving behaviour) requires a GPS/OBD device fitted in the vehicle and is tested through a supervised pilot. Car sharing depends on the equipment of pool vehicles and is presented in a demonstration.

Who is the free trial for?
Companies with 20 to 500 vehicles that want to check, on their own data, that Dadycar meets their needs before choosing a plan. The trial suits the fleet manager who still tracks deadlines by hand, the SME leader who wants to measure the time actually spent on the fleet, and teams preparing a tender who need a concrete comparison criterion.
Fleets of more than 500 vehicles, or projects that start with telematics, are better served by a personalised demonstration.
What happens at the end of the trial?
At the end of the trial you choose the plan that matches your usage, billed per vehicle per month and described on the pricing page. The data entered during the trial is kept and becomes your production environment: nothing has to be re-entered.
If you do not subscribe, your account is deactivated and your data deleted within the periods set out in our privacy policy, in line with the GDPR. You can request an export before deletion.
