The free plan covers part of it: vehicle records, contracts, drivers and documents, for up to fifty vehicles on one site. Due-date alerts, expenses and reports start at €6 excl. VAT per vehicle per month — the pricing table lists them one by one.

• Import your vehicles from an existing file: registrations, models, drivers, contracts, mileage. Our guide to fleet management with Excel explains how to prepare the file.
• Switch on deadline alerts: roadworthiness test, service, end of contract, insurance, registration document. See the anomalies and alerts feature.
• Upload your documents per vehicle and per driver, with their validity dates: document management.
• Explore the dashboard: fleet status, upcoming deadlines, expenses, anomalies reported by drivers.
• Ask Dadycar AI about your fleet, in plain language.
• Install the driver app Dadycar Go to test vehicle inspections and anomaly reporting.

What the free account does not include: telematics (real-time geolocation, trips, driving behaviour) requires a GPS/OBD device fitted in the vehicle and is tested through a supervised pilot. Car sharing depends on the equipment of pool vehicles and is presented in a demonstration.

   A member of the Dadycar team calls you back within 24 hours, opens your workspace and helps you prepare the import of your vehicles: a few to begin with, or the whole fleet.

   Let the alerts do the work

   As soon as the import is done, Dadycar flags upcoming deadlines and missing documents. After a few days, compare with your current tracking.

Who is the free offer for?

Companies with 20 to 500 vehicles that want to check, on their own data, that Dadycar meets their needs before choosing a plan. It suits the fleet manager who still tracks deadlines by hand, the SME leader who wants to measure the time actually spent on the fleet, and teams preparing a tender who need a concrete comparison criterion.

Fleets of more than 500 vehicles, or projects that start with telematics, are better served by a personalised demonstration.

And then?

The free account does not stop. The day your fleet goes past fifty vehicles, or the day you need what the free offer does not cover, you choose the plan that matches your usage, billed per vehicle per month and described on the pricing page. The data already entered is kept: nothing has to be re-entered.

If you close your account, your data is deleted within the periods set out in our privacy policy, in line with the GDPR. You can request an export before deletion.
