- Optimize the Existing ('Quick Wins'): Implement eco-driving programs and route optimization. These actions have an immediate impact on consumption and emissions without changing vehicles.
- Launch an EV Pilot Project: Identify 1 to 3 vehicles whose routes are compatible with an EV's range. Launch a real-world test to understand the constraints and benefits.
- Develop a Fleet Policy (Car Policy): Define clear rules for future vehicle renewals, systematically favoring electric or low-emission options where relevant.
