Fuel Card

A fuel card is a much more powerful management tool for a fleet than a simple credit card. Its advantages are numerous:

• Control and Configuration: Unlike a credit card, a fuel card can be configured with specific restrictions: authorized fuel types, spending limits, days and hours of use. This prevents non-compliant usage.
• Centralized Billing: The company receives a single, detailed invoice for all fleet transactions, which greatly simplifies accounting and VAT recovery, instead of having to manage dozens of expense reports.
• Detailed Data: Each transaction is enriched with useful data: location, date, time, fuel volume, mileage entered by the driver. This data is the basis for cost tracking.
• Security: Each card is protected by a PIN and can be assigned to a specific vehicle or driver, limiting risks in case of loss or theft.
